My mom has dementia and I’ve been taking care of her for 7 years. It’s a huge transition trusting someone with the full time care of your family members. Not only where they amazing with the transition, but the attentiveness of the staffs 24 hour care continuously blows my mind. I am at peace with the transition, knowing that she is safe, happy and getting constant stimulation with communication from a lot of people who live there and staff who work there. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for care for any family members.

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for my aunt to have moved to. Palagio has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The staff are so good at their jobs and seem to genuinely like working there and enjoy being with the residents. The food is very good and my aunt really likes being able to go get dinner or lunch when she feels like it, instead of having a set time. Other residents have taken her under their wing and made her feel welcome. Her apartment is so nice and everything is well maintained. I highly recommend Palagio.

I have visited Palagio Senior Living on multiple occasions as a volunteer for different functions and events. From the time you enter the grounds it comes off as a care free pleasant place to be with residents outside for a stroll or walking their pets. When you get inside the open area is gorgeous and the receptionist staff is quick to greet you and help you find your way. I had the opportunity to have dinner with the residents on one occasion, and we had Sandys Amazing Meatloaf. From the outside looking in when it comes time to find a place for my Grandparents, I hope I am lucky enough to find a place like Palagio where they can be happy and live the good life. I want to begin and say, this place is hands down the best facility. Every single person that works there embodies what their facility stands for by putting the needs of their patients and their families first. They are genuinely there to help out in anyway they can. When I was inquiring about this place, I was having a hard time finding out whether I needed to find an assistive living or a skilled facility to place my grandma. My first contact with Amber put my worries at ease. She got me in contact with Kim, the nursing director. Between Amber and Kim, they helped me find out what my grandma really needed. Without hesitation or thinking if my grandma fit their criteria, Kim went out and evaluated my grandma.From the beginning, each of them did not see my grandma and I as another number. They went above and beyond to help me find a place for my grandma. Through their actions, I knew my 98 year old grandma will be in good hands. I have seen my grandma grow stronger each day and happier since moving there. I applaud each of the nurses and aids that keep her entertained and busy each day. I haven't seen her this active in a while. This place is an asset to this community.
