I am so thankful that we found Palagio! I had already visited 5 other centers, looking for a great place for my Mom who would eventually need Memory Care. Most of the centers I left in tears, either because the residents seemed so unhappy or because of the cleanliness. When I walked in the Palagio, I knew it would be different. The staff there do so much to make the residents feel special and at home, from the restaurant style dining to the many activities during the day. I can actually sleep at night, knowing that my Mom is happy and safe. My Mom is always busy and having fun with all the activities that they provide. Sometimes she is even too busy to answer the phone, which is wonderful. I am grateful for all the staff at the Palagio for the care that they take and the kindness they give, to my Mom.

Palagio is a very nice place. The rooms are some of the nicest you will find at any assisted living facility.
The staff are fantastic. They go out of their way to provide the service that residents request. I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Elaine for her help in getting mom moved in and settled.
The food is excellent as well. The dining room is basically a restaurant where you order from a menu and your meal is prepared just for you.
Mom has been very happy there.

Palagio is a beautiful facility. As someone who helps patients discharge from skilled care into more assisted / independent living I speak to Ashley a lot in marketing. She is knowledgeable and eager to help! Their facility offers a veteran discount and our SNF has a veteran's contract, meaning, we get a lot of patients who discharge under VA source. It's nice to be able and share that ALF's like Palagio offer a special savings just for them. Palagio is also very clean. Great place!!

This facility is extra special from the moment I walked in and met Ashley. She was friendly professional and caring. She gave us 90 mins of her time explaining the different accommodations, care levels and gave us a tour including an activity center where residents are able to watch and cook recipes make decorations and a fun happy hour room with games and a pool table. There is also a golf putting range. She has been available to discuss concerns and leads us in the right direction. She keeps an eye on our loved one and assures he drinks fluids even going to the effort of giving him a bottle of water every time she sees him in the lobby. When we arrive for a visit (travelling from Fort Lauderdale) she makes certain she comes to greet us even making the effort to go and find us in our father’s room. I have never witnessed this extra special care and love at an assisted living facility. I have a physical therapy background and I am beyond delighted with the care at Pallagio in orange Park. I would also like to comment on the front desk staff and Kenny ( a PCA)

I was nervous and didn't want to let her down so I did my due diligence. After touring several facilities I chose Palagio. They've made every effort to make the transition smooth. Overall, Palagio is a nice facility that is well maintained with all common areas kept clean. It all started with what was supposed to be a temporary situation for both my father and mother back in February. With unfortunate complications they had to extend that to today’s time and unknown future.
Highest respect for Ashley the Marketing Director and Larisa the Medical Director. Their genuine, authentic dedication to giving both of my parents top notch care was so comforting for not only myself but my 3 siblings (out of town) as well.
The staff is top shelf and it’s a shame not all assisted living facilities don’t hold the same standard for our loved ones.
Beautiful, comfortable living environment and the food is amazing!

Don’t think twice ~ this is where they can do better than we can especially when it’s multiple issues and if it’s both parents.

My wife has been a patient at Palagio since 1.26 24. In my experience they have done a great job keeping her occupied with various activities and letting walk- all she wants. She has the run of the bottom floor (memory care section) and she goes outside to a secure yard area which she really enjoys. She adapted to living here much quicker than I thought she would.
She considers this her home now

My father moved into Palagio in mid April of this year. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and responded swiftly in reaching out to me as the HPOA when needed. My father reports generally the food is amazing, all three meals. I have found the place to be consistently clean and inviting from the entrance and throughout. There are some inconsistencies with scheduling services at times which is to be expected. Further the transition to providers at the facility has not been smooth or easy to navigate or understand, however, the staff is responsive to the concerns. Thanks
to all of the staff at Palagio for the work they do to make the residents feel at home and the family members to feel comfortable that our loved ones are being cared for in a safe and caring environment!

I was recently at this facility and witness the care giver oleana on the memory care referring to one of the residents as “the black one” . Very racist & unacceptable! Then they got the nerve to have her picture on the wall as employee of the month ! This is very sad and disturbing especially for the residents who can’t speak for themselves !
