Palagio is a person-centered approach community, which means, our Wellness Director will complete a thorough personal assessment for each resident to determine the services they need in order to provide the care our residents require and deserve.  An individualized service plan will be developed to ensure all care needs are met on a daily basis with the resident’s needs and preferences in mind.

How often can I visit my loved one?

Palagio is your loved one’s home. We encourage you to visit as often as you can, any time of the day or night. We encourage families to develop relationships with the team at Palagio as well.

What is a Senior Living Community?

A Senior Living Community is a place in which seniors can live, receive care or assistance with the activities of daily living, and grow through activities and socialization. Palagio offers a safe and secure environment where seniors can live an independent lifestyle but also receive support with daily activities, such as, bathing, dressing, medication management, and more.

How is your Community different from a nursing home?

Palagio does not provide advanced, round-the-clock medical care. Nursing homes are designed to assist individuals who have health conditions that require constant monitoring and round-the-clock availability of medical personnel. We cannot accept residents that require skilled nursing care, IV Therapies, and other skilled needs.
