Executive Director

Crystal is a passionate Senior Living executive that’s a hands-on leader who values communication, collaboration and innovation.  She has over 20 years in the healthcare industry with a focus in senior living for the last 10 years.

Born and raised in Jacksonville FL (a true native) she graduated from Wolson High School and went on to receive her medical assistant degree and certification in dementia. When Crystal is not working she enjoys spending time with her family on outdoor adventures.

Ashley Robinson

Marketing Director

Ashley Robinson graduated from Florida State University in 1994 earning her Bachelor of Science degree.  She was born in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to New Smyrna Beach with her parents in 1975 where she grew up working in her father’s pharmacy on and off for 30 years.  Ashley has worked throughout her life in the healthcare field and came to us with 10 years spent working in Hospice in Volusia County.  Her positive attitude and compassion for her residents is one of the reasons she is such a great fit here at Palagio Senior Living.  As the Marketing Director she enjoys touring potential residents and her attention to detail makes the entire move in process seamless from beginning to end.  Ashley most recently got married and enjoys spending time with her husband, loves attending concerts, travelling and visiting her family.

Larisa Skripnikova

Director of Nursing

Larisa Skripnikova has a passion for senior care and after graduating from nursing school with honors, has spent more than a decade gaining experience in nursing by working in skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. While working as a nurse, Larisa also earned an associate degree in Wound Care from WOCN and has experience as a wound care nurse.

Larisa loves helping people and taking care of their needs. Since moving to Florida, she has worked in assisted living and memory care first as a floor nurse, and then being promoted to Director of Nursing. She has successfully managed the nursing department in two different communities. Larisa is also a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. She loves to spend time with residents, listening to their amazing life stories, supporting their families, and leading the nursing team with passion and respect.

Larisa was born in Ukraine. She moved to the United States with her family to find new opportunities. In her free time, she loves carving fruit, cooking, baking, fishing with her husband, and spending time with family. She has three grown sons and one daughter-in-law.

Ronnie Kaleel

Director of Dining Services

Ronnie comes to Palagio Senior Living with 30 years of experience in the senior living dining services world. He began his career in long term care communities and has continued to work in senior living ever since.  His Aunt Mary has always been one of the most special people in his life, so this environment proved to be the place that Ronnie could really make a difference for many others.  He quickly realized the joy he could bring with food from the heart and the connection to each individual resident. Ronnie’s passion for cooking helps create dining programs that focus on quality and resident satisfaction. Throughout his career he has gained the knowledge while learning best practices to help create dining programs that focus on what is most important.  Ronnie enjoys spending time with his 3 amazing children & 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Kristi Wilder

Activities Director

Kristi was born and raised in Orange Park, FL and grew up in the surrounding area.

In Kristi’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 16-year-old daughter, family, her German Shepard, crafting, scrapbooking and journaling.
In the new year, she will begin her classes to obtain certification from the
National Certification Council for Activity Professionals.

Kristi’s love and passion for senior living started after providing care to her grandparents in their later years. She comes to Palagio with over 6 years’ experience in senior living and began her career as an Activity Assistant and was later promoted as the Activities Director.

Kristi began at Palagio in November 2024 as a Life Enrichment Assistant and feels very honored to become the New Life Enrichment Director at Palagio.

Chris Edwards

Maintenance Director

Chris joins us here at Palagio, bringing with him over 5 years of community living maintenance experience. Born and raised in Texas, he lived there until joining the Marine Corps in 2010. He spent 10 years in the Marine Corps and separated after 10 years of service. During his time in the military Chris traveled to over 15 different countries, deployed 4 different times and served as a Marine Corps Recruiter.

Chris enjoys hobbies that keep him active, including hiking, fishing, maintaining his properties, and restoring his antique car. Chris has 2 boys who are in elementary school and he loves educating them about maintenance.

Amanda Darga

Business Office Director

Amanda serves as the Business Office Director at Palagio Senior Living, where she leads with confidence, compassion, and a deep commitment to the residents and their families. She earned her Associate of Business degree from Northern Michigan University, which laid the foundation for her successful career in senior living. Her experience across multiple leadership roles has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of both the administrative and resident-centered elements that make a community thrive.

As a leader, Amanda is known for her steady presence, collaborative approach, and dedication to creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered. She blends operational excellence with a clear, people-first mindset, ensuring the business functions of the community run smoothly while fostering a culture where residents feel at home and staff feel proud to make a difference every day.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys tending to her plants, cooking new recipes with her daughter, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
