The Move-In Process: What to Expect

At Palagio, our goal is to make the move-in process as easy and stress-free as possible. We know how difficult the decision to move to an Assisted Living community can be, and we take care to work with our future residents and their families to ensure everyone is included in every step of the process.

The first step in the process of moving into Palagio is the tour of our community. This is an opportunity to view some of our available apartments, and all of the beautifully designed features of the community. All are welcome, so be sure to bring your family along! During your tour, our knowledgeable staff will answer any questions you have about life at Palagio, the move in process, and more.

Following your tour of the community, the next step in the process would be to schedule a personalized care consultation. The consultation will provide our team with the information required to determine the level of assistance that you or your loved one require. At Palagio, we understand that each person is different, and care needs vary from person to person. The assessment is performed with respect not only to each person’s current support requirements, but also their individual preferences. Based on the outcome of the consultation, our care team formulates a personalized care plan that is specifically crafted to meet you or your loved one’s unique needs.

The final step in the process would be the selection of the apartment within the community. After your selection has been made, our staff will work with you and your family to establish a move in date that works for your schedule, and to welcome you home to Palagio!
